1. FUTURE nozzle made by superfine nanometer tungsten particles wich make the wearing resistance performance excellent. The superfine performance make it has a long life time, more than general tungsten carbide's life time.
2. Cobalt content is below 0.6%, denity between 15.45 g/cubicle cm - 15.60 g/cubicle cm. Bending resistent up to 2000MPA-2400MPA. Good antioxident and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
3. Mading by the new molding technology and large vacuum sintering furance with microns accuracy. Mading by new post press to ensure the quality.
4. With the first degree testing equipment and testing system, we make sure every products are perfect.
